What is Alumni Weekend?

Alumni Weekend is a reunion of all alumni during one weekend in the month of June.  The main event, the Alumni Cocktail Party and dinner, occurs on Saturday evening, with a full schedule of events planned throughout the weekend.


Who attends?

All alumni are invited back to campus for Alumni Weekend. Special reunions are also celebrated.


Do I need to register in advance?

We strongly encourage early registration so we may better plan to accommodate you and your guests!  By registering, you will also have priority access to the most popular activities.  Registration is $30 per adult for the weekend, $40 per adult after June 1. 

 

Registration Deadlines

The last day to register is Friday, June 1st.  Although, we always try to accommodate late registrants, it helps OVS better plan for the events.

 

How much does it cost?

$30 per adult, children are free (After June 1, cost will be $40 per adult)

 

What should I wear?

Casual attire is recommended for the majority of the weekend. Please do remember to bring appropriate shoes and clothing for specific activities (hiking, etc.).  The Alumni Cocktail Party and Dinner is cocktail attire. 

 

What if I have special needs?

Please let us know about any special needs (such as dietary requirements or accessibility issues) when you register. We will do our best to accommodate you!

 

Can I bring my family and friends?

Yes! Many family-friendly events are planned throughout the weekend. Childcare and pizza dinner will be provided during the Saturday night cocktail and dinner party.  No infants at childcare, please.
