Athletic Clothing and Equipment List
Students are expected to bring the appropriate athletic clothing and equipment with them to school based on their interests and choice of activities. The following items are highly recommended and will be used for a variety of sports:

Boys: 1 athletic supporter, and 1 protective cup
•
Girls: 1 good athletic bra that offers maximum support
• A plentiful supply of athletic socks
• Sweatshirt and pants
• Spandex shorts and “
Under Armour”
The following list of required athletic clothing and equipment is sport specific:
Fall Season:
Football:• 1 pair of cleated shoes (used for football and/or soccer)
• All other basic equipment is provided
Girls Volleyball: • 1 pair of court shoes (those with soles that are suitable for tennis courts and basketball floors)
Cross Country: • 1 or 2 pairs of running shoes that have a high level of cushion and support.
Girls Tennis: • Racquet(s)
• Appropriate tennis clothing including collared shirts.
• 1 pair of court shoes (those with soles that are suitable for tennis courts and basketball floors)
Winter Season:
Boys & Girls Soccer: • 1 pair of cleated shoes (used for football and/or soccer)
• 1 pair of FIFA approved shin guards (also available in the student store). These are mandatory for all soccer players and are required by the Condor League.
• Several pairs of green soccer-style shorts made of nylon-type material. Game quality shorts may be purchased from the student store, but it is recommended that each student arrive with two or three pairs that are suitable for practice.
Boys & Girls Basketball: • 1 pair of court shoes (those with soles that are suitable for tennis courts and basketball floors)
Spring Season:
Baseball:• 1 pair of cleated shoes (may be metal or rubber cleats, may use football or soccer cleats
• Glove
Track: • 1 or 2 pairs of running shoes that have a high level of cushion and support.
Boys & Girls Lacrosse:• Equipment is quite specific and questions should be addressed to the appropriate coach.
Various Seasons:
Equestrian:• Students intending to participate in the equestrian program should contact the Equestrian Director or refer to information applicable to that program.
Cycling:• Cyclists must have a bicycle designed for road riding. Students may bring a bike for recreation but they must follow all safety policies. Safety helmets and gloves are mandatory. A good pair of shatterproof sunglasses is also recommended.
Swimming:• Appropriate swimwear for exercise purpose, not for sunbathing.
General Fitness:• Exercise clothing
• 1 pair of appropriate athletic shoes for running or walking
